A soil test provides an excellent measure of soil fertility. The standard soil test provides information on phosphorous, potassium, calcium, magnesium, pH, cation exchange capacity, lime requirement and base saturation. Additional tests are also available for iron, zinc, manganese, soluble salts and nitrates.
